The Department of Homeland Security Awards TEAM Kerberos Contract to Provide Armed PSO Services to Customs and Border Patrol in locations throughout Puerto Rico.
On Nov 18, 2020; Kerberos International (KerberosProtects.com) in partnership with The COGAR Group, Ltd. was awarded the DHS/FPS Protective Service contract for Puerto Rico. This 5-year contract is valued at approximately $22 million. Congratulations to everyone on the TEAM!

Department of Veterans Affairs Awards COGAR Contract to Provide Unarmed Security Guard Services in New Orleans, LA.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has awarded The COGAR Group, Ltd. with a contract to provide Unarmed Security Guard Services to the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System located in New Orleans, LA. This contract was awarded in October of 2020 for a base period and four option periods to perform a full range of Unarmed Security Guard Services for the VA.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) has awarded The COGAR Group, Ltd. with a contract to provide Physical Security Specialist services to USDA facilities in both Kansas City, MO and Washington, DC. This contract was awarded in September of 2020 for a base period and four option periods to perform a full range of Physical Security Specialist services for the USDA.

COGAR receives “Exceptional” ratings across the board on its latest Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPAR) report from the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Protective Service, Customs and Border Protection (CBP). COGAR provides Armed Protective Security Officer’s (PSO) at CBP facilities located throughout Puerto Rico. COGAR’s Vice President of Operations, Mr. Frank J. Polievka, Jr. recognized the management team on the ground for their continued dedicated professional performance. “In my 25 years in the industry, I have not seen an FPS CPAR with all EXCEPTIONAL ratings before! Norman Evans at USSOCOM for COGAR’s continued support of the mission on his deployment during Natural Disasters that occurred in 2018-2019 in Florida. Mr. Polievka stated he was honored and grateful to receive this award on behalf of COGAR and extended his thanks to all the departments that assisted on every level!!
